    Graph to show breakdown

    Hey Guys,

    I have attached a file with my raw data, i am trying to create a graph that will show a count of "Complete", "Not Complete" and "N/A".

    So im assuming a bar graph would work best...because, within the "Complete", it needs to be broken down into 3 colours representing the status: "Red", "Green" and "Amber". If it is Blank, then it will count as "Not Complete".

    Obviously the "Not Complete" & and "N/A" will be one solid line each.

    I am not sure how to do this after many attempts, I am not even sure if the Bar graph will be best representation.

    Please have a look and let me know.

    Thanks!

    M

    What about labeling E13:E15 as 'Complete/Red', 'Complete/Green' and 'Complete/Amber', Changing F12 to 'RAG Status' then inserting a pie chart?

    Hey All i managed to work it out, after trial and error;

    Went with a bar graph to have a sub division of the completed colours.
