Conditional Formatting on Pivot Tables - Top 80%

Hello,

I have a problem on conditional formatting.
There is a Spend % at the last column and I only want to highlight items belonging to top 80% of the spend.
Therefore, highlight should be for items 4 to 22 only but conditional formatting doesn't work that way. Any help pls?

Hi

Instead use the 'Formula Is...' CF option and add the formula in F4, and apply it to the whole range

Did you change the formula to column E references? I simply said APPLY the formula to column E, not change it (if you did)

If I may add, do you know how can I hide rows that will not be highlighted? Thanks.
