Hi there, I'm still researching the archives, but in the meantime:
I have a chart (it works as both a line AND a scatter) with this column of dates shown as the x-axis:
5/6
5/13
5/20
5/21
5/27
6/3
6/4
6/10
6/17
6/24
6/25
1. these are formatted cells as dates
2. the chart format (x axis) shows them as dates also)
3. The major (i believe that is the term) units showing on the x-axis are:
4/27 5/7 5/17 5/27 6/6 6/16 6/26 7/6
I realize some of my dates are not evenly spaced. These are weekend events (saturday) with an occasional Sunday here and there: (see, 5/21, 6/4, 6/25).
Without going increments of "1" which is really overkill, can I get the dates that are at least evenly spaced (7 days) to show on the axis?
Does this involve creating a new source of data for the x-axis and then putting my chart x / y values onto that?
Or, since all the data points over 10 series fall on the exact same dates, is there a way to perhaps get a vertical line pass through the data points and essentially "point" at the location on the x-axis?
Thank you.
