Vertical line in Gantt Chart

Hello everyone,

For work, I need to incorporate a vertical line showing the current date in a Gantt chart.

I've tried many methods, visited dozens of fora and website and have not been able to do this.

I've searched through this website as well.

Would anyone be so kind to do this for me and explain the method they've used?

Also, I'm looking for ways on how to incorporate a traffic light system. What's the best way to do this?

But first you should start with scatter chart not any other

AliGW, there is instruction step-by-step how to do it. (text and videos - very clear instruction)
What OP need more?
Should I copy text from there to here?
Besides, his example is..... like one big mish-mash

Like I said above: OP should start with scatter chart and read / listen instruction
and on the end: his question was: how to add vertical line (TODAY() ) no more no less.
I don;t know his idea and description there is very poor, sorry
