Question Chart with not-quite logarithmic axis spacing (example attached)

Hi all. I'm generally pretty good with computers and this is the first time I ever had to post on a forum looking for help, but this has me stumped. Perhaps there is someone smarter around here willing to lend me a hand.

I have been tasked with re-creating the attached table in excel as the original has been long lost, we also want to use it as a template for some other data. I tried my best but still couldn't come up with something quite like this.

As you can see there are some interesting details about the chart. Both of the axis are somewhat logarithmic, but not quite. Horizontal axis starts off small, then goes to powers of 2, and then goes from 100 to 1000. The vertical axis is also very interesting and I couldn't replicate that in excel either. The actual lines for the data seem to be averaged or smoothed out, and they are also being extrapolated until they reach 100%. The pink line as an example, the value on the table only goes up to 43.1%, yet the line smoothly carries out to 100%. Ignore the bottom right green line, I might just have to guess at it's values to get it right as it is not provided in the table.

It's a lot more challenging than I originally anticipated, and I'm actually starting to think that this was not done in excel to begin with.

Try following methods outlined by Jon Peltier.

I believe 2nd link with some adjustment may be what you are looking for.
