Right now I have a bar graph that shows the actual time and estimated time.
I would like to add more bars showing the break down between product.
Right now, the horizontal axis labels are this:
={"Estimated"," Actual"}
I want this:
={"Estimated"," Actual", "B30:B51"}
Excel will not let me do this. How can I add these bars?
Right click on the chart. One of the selections is Select Data. This brings up a dialog box that allows you to edit and add series. Just one word of caution. When you add a series the default is ={1} If you don't clear this our and select your range you get ={1}+Sheet!B30:B51 which will give you an error.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
