Date doesn't work properly with Filter

I have a file which stores client information of a company for a month.
The file stores information of every day in the month (updates daily).
Today is the 20.07.2017, so I have information of 20 days.

A row in the file looks like that: Date - Name - Other things...

When I try to filter a specific Name, the filter only shows me results up to the 12.07.2017 (included), excluding the other dates.
I can't figure out what is going on, so I hope you can help me with that.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
