Creating one chart for 4 weeks of data

    Hi all,

I am creating a schedule chart. Please see my image below.

    Capture2.PNG

What I want from this is from the drop down menu to be able to choose which week i.e. Monday for the week of Monday 14th - Friday 18th I wish to look at.

Then in time I wish to be able to choose 4 different time slots i.e. 9-11, 11-1, 1-3, 3-5

What is the simplest way to do this. My overall aim is to have a production schedule in one place, easy to use and easy to view the information

I know this is vague but hopefully it makes sense!

    Thanks,

    Melissa

    Hi Melissa,

It's not immediately clear what you need is (well not to me anyway). Could you provide a little more information?

Are you looking to filter data that will be filled out in the table you attached or are you looking to populate that table based on a selected date/time range? Or something completely different?

Re: Creating one chart for 4 weeks of data

    Hi - sorry!

Yes I am looking to filter.

So essentially I am looking to be able to pick a week from the month we are in from the drop down menu at the top and then a time of day (I hope this is clear when you look at the image I attached)

For instance a task I want to be able to do from this schedule is: To look at Tuesday from the week of the 14th August at 11:00-1:00PM

Will I need to create a separate schedule for each week of the month and then link it to this table? My task at work is to create something more concise because currently what we are working with is overloaded with info.

I hope this makes a bit more sense!

I think it would help if we could see an example of what you currently have and a mocked up version of how you envisage the desired result.

Could you attach that in workbook format?
