Pivot Table Issue: Tabular ROWS values appearing blank now

Edit: I did want to add that I noticed when refreshing my workbook it refreshes very quickly now ( Since the issue started today ) Usually it takes about 30-45 seconds for the workbook to fully refresh due to the large # and size of pivot tables on the workbook. But now it only takes about 5-10 seconds and I'm wondering if this is an indicator or symptom of the issue below

I have a pivot table that is set to tabular - rows repeating ( No subtotals )
    - I've been using the same workbook for some time and haven't had this issue come up ( Values not appearing - effected cells in yellow )

I've tried some basic troubleshooting, I looked at the original data and identified "Bracket" to see if any weird values existed for these users - and they did not.
    - For example I look at "Cal Smith" to find 2 entries in the master table and both have "Bracket" set to 5
    - If I re-create the entire pivot table from scratch ( Same settings ) the issue is cleared but upon saving workbook and reopening only values of "2" appear again.
    - Also if I move the "Bracket" field to another column ( Like before Newhire? ) the values populate again. However, this is not an option because this layout is required to plug and play into other applications.

    * The common variable I see is that only users marked "Yes" for the column [Newhire?] populate the bracket value for some reason ( Though I've had that column in this pivot table for 1+ years now )
    - I also tested to see if I was overlooking bad data by reloading the same data from 2 weeks ago and I get the problem again
    - The weird thing is other pivot tables with the same view are not effected, just this pivot table ( I have another view that shows a similar set of data for another site, so the filter is switched to site 2 and the format/layout is the same and shows brackets 1-5 )

** All columns up to [#Hour] are row values, [#Hours] is the first calculating field

Recreating the pivot with the exact conditions and formatting ( Using the same table reference ) gives me the correct layout until I save/exit/open:

Re: Pivot Table Issue: Tabular ROWS values appearing blank now

    Workaround:

Duplicated workbook, made a new workbook - moved sheets over to the new blank workbook and used the duplicated workbook to copy formulas over.

I am still curious about how this could have happened ( To avoid complications in the future ) if anyone has an idea what may have caused the issue
