Plotting a delta between two data points

Hello,
I would like to plot a bar that represents the difference between two points. In my case these are a starting price (in an auction) and a final sale price. So for example starting price 10, selling price 13. I would like to plot a bar that goes from 10 to 13, so "floating' in my chart space.
I have a series of items sold on my x-axis and prices from 0 to my 50 on my y axis.
Can someone help?
