Is there any specialized softwares for pivot tables?

After 2 years of using Excel I finally found out how useful pivot tables are. However, building a pivot table/dashboard can be a challenge. Is there any specialized software for pivot tables?

    Hi sovietchild,

There are lots of classes, videos and websites explaining how to use Pivots on dashboards.

    Start with:

    http://www.contextures.com/excel-dashboards-review.html
One test is worth a thousand opinions.

Well thank you for the links, I will definitely check it out. However though, is there any specialized software for it that you might know about? Or is Excel the best option out there?

There are other software packages like Tableau or Smartsheets that have different feature sets. Excel is the standard in the industry, unless you need/want the other products special features.

    See

    http://www.capterra.com/dashboard-software/

    https://www.idashboards.com/reportin...ard%20software

    https://www.smartsheet.com/landing-b

    https://pages.sisense.com/free-trial...ard%20software

    https://www.domo.com/solution/busine...m_content=Jira

I'd suggest you learn how to do what you need in Excel and then see if you need an extra chart. If Excel can't do what you need then look at other products.
