Some - not all - data incorrect in line chart

See workbook attached.

The chart in worksheet "Chart 1" was made using data in "HistStats Cat 1792-1930-39 Fin." The X-axis data is from Column X; the rest should be self-explanatory.

As you can see, the data for years 1918 and 1919 should be 1.29% and 1.39%, yet the chart shows 8.04% and 8.4%. I have not examined every other data point, but they all appear to be in the correct ballpark.

Being a sophisticated computer user, I attempted the following troubleshooting procedures:

1. I deleted the chart and attempted to make it anew, several times,
2. I rebooted my computer and attempted step one several times, and
3. I cussed at it.

None of these efforts succeeded. What do I do now?

As you may have guessed, I am not well-versed in Excel. All advice is appreciated.

I thought I'd add potentially useful information.

1. Prior to having the problem detailed above, I made 12 other charts (using other data in the worksheet) without any problems, and)
   
2. since posting my question , I successfully made still another chart (again using different data in the worksheet).

why it should be 1.29% and 1.39%?

I am truly embarrassed to say that I was looking at the wrong years in my worksheet, and that the graph is correct. Thank you for finding my error.
