error save on series

Office standard 2016
Only on one PC, with Excel , I can't save an xlsx with series on it. It's a graph using 2 series :

I get the following warning:

"
Errors were detected while saving '.....' . Microsoft Excel may be able to save the file by removing some features.
To make the repairs in a new file, click Continue. To cancel saving the file, click cancel.
"
I also can't use "save as"..

I've tried to "repair" office but didn't help.
I've checked if Excel was completely installed. And it was.

I plan to reinstall Office but maybe I forgot to check something.

Attach a sample workbook with this error. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need.
Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

The user had changed the region settings and stopped the Office update.
Solved now.
