Hi Guys,
I'm not familiar with bar graphs, line graphs, or any sort of graph in xlsx, which is why I'm reach out to the community. I'm looking for a chart where I can track my weight lifting. Nothing crazy, just some simple info like below.
Monday
Flat Bench 175lbs 10 reps
Flat Bench 180lbs 8 reps
Flat Bench 185lbs 10 reps
Monday
Incline Bench 175lbs 10 reps
Incline Bench 180lbs 8 reps
Incline Bench 185lbs 6 reps
Monday
Decline Bench ....... etc.
Different exercises can be in different charts. The trouble I'm running into is having 1 chart that has both the weight and reps for an individual exercise. I ended up creating one chart for days and weights, and the other for days and reps, then would look at them separately. Not my best work ;-)
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
