Combine Gantt charts created in Excel to represent planned and actual schedules

    Hi,

I have data as given below for schedule report:

Milestone Planned Start Date Duration in days Planned End date Actual Start date Duration in Days Actual End date
    Task 1 19-Aug-13 25 20-Sep-13 19-Aug-13 25 20-Sep-13
    Task 2 23-Sep-13 10 4-Oct-13 15-Sep-13 4 19-Sep-13
    Task 3 4-Oct-13 21 1-Nov-13 15-Oct-13 24 15-Nov-13
    Task 4 4-Oct-13 26 8-Nov-13 2-Oct-13 26 6-Nov-13
    Task 5 11-Nov-13 20 6-Dec-13 11-Nov-13 20 6-Dec-13
    Task 6 6-Dec-13 22 6-Jan-14 4-Dec-13 24 6-Jan-14
    Task 7 14-Jan-14 16 4-Feb-14 14-Jan-14 16 4-Feb-14
    Task 8 15-Feb-14 10 28-Feb-14 15-Feb-14 10 28-Feb-14
    Task 9 20-Apr-14 8 30-Apr-14 20-Apr-14 8 30-Apr-14

I have created separate Gantt charts for
    a) Milestone, Planned Start Date, Duration in days
    b) Milestone, Actual Start date, Duration in days

But I need to combine these two and show one Gantt chart with planned and Actual schedule. Kindly help.

NOTE: Copying one chart and pasting on to another, with 'Paste Special' - Choosing 'Formulas' is not working.
