Cubefunction with timeline

Hi!

I have a rather anoying problem with a cubefunction and a timeline

1.To the left in the picture is the cubefunction and to the right a pivottable.
2. When i select a single date in the time line (in this case 5th Aug 2017) the cubefunction returns #SAKNAS "#MISSING" and the pivottable returns the right result.

3. If i select two dates (in this case 5th and 6th Aug 2017) cubefunction returns the same value as the pivottable.

Does anyone know why its acting like this when just selecting one date ?

Hmmm i still wont get it to work

Could you attach fiile with your correction?

I have retypet the measurement letter by letter and change the format from general to number with 2 decimals

I changed format and decimals only so it should work.

btw. which date (month/day) you set on timeline and saw N/A?

note: if you've PowerPivot it means you've minimum Excel 2010 or higher. Would be fine if you update your profile about Excel version

Everytime i select a single day i get N/A when i select two dates or more it returns the value correct.

Thats no problem The idea is to change everyday, i have deleted all data in my temp folders, i nothing happens when i open and Close the datamodel.


What about this one:


1. I added a new column to the table called Area (column B) all named "1"

2. Then i created a new pivottable with a column B "Area" as a rowlabel
3. Then converted the pivottable to a cubefunction.

And i get this result as you can se it gives me a result for the row labeled 1 but still N/A for total row.
Can this mean it has something to do with hierarchy?
It wont explain why it works for you but not for me

Still error for me, can you create a similiar workbook and send to me ? i was thinking it is something wrong i the background somewhere
