Print ancillary number above bars in bar charat

I have a simple stacked bar chart that plots number of completed actions over number of actions still to be performed. Above the stack bar I would like to display in text an estimate of the time required to complete the remaining actions. I could manually place a text box over each stack, but would like to automate the entry. Any suggestions for doing this?
