Pie Chart One cell the whole and another a partial of the whole

Please help. I have two cells.
Cell 1 showing qty of 100. This is the whole number of orders
Cell 2 showing a qty of 10. This is part of the whole known as how many of the 100 orders had failures.

As of right now, my pie chart is adding the two cells, totaling 110. What i want it to do is know that the 100 orders is the total and 10 orders failed within those 100...

Forgot to mention... Excel 2010.... and I'm very tired so please simplify your response... LOL!

    Please helps.

Re: Pie Chart One cell the whole and another a partial of the whole

Another example/explanation of what i'm trying to accomplish

If i were trying to track completion of a project and 100% was my goal... Right now, if i were 100% of goal, the pie would show half red and half blue because it is looking at the two 100s and thinks it needs to add the two togther, totaling 200...

What i want it to do is If i were to be 50% complete, the pie would be half red and half blue. If i were to be 75% complete, the pie would be 1/4 red and 3/4 blue.

If I understand correctly then the attached file shows a way of displaying the percentages.
Cells C1 (# of orders) and C2 (# of failures) contain values that are entered manually, while C3 is populated by the formula: =C1-C3
The pie chart is set to display the values of C2 and C3 (data labels) as percentages.
