Adding an extra feild in a chart

Hi, I'm really not very good with charts.

I have a chart that looks excellent (see attached).

What I want to do is add a second series but I cant get it to work.

Example of the chart and what I want it to do is in the attachment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
