    Creating a new pivot field (sum of two fields)

    How would I create a new pivot column that is adding up the values of 2 columns within the pivot. I would like to then use this new field in a pivot chart.

    See the attached:

    Column B (0 column) + Column C (1 column) should be added up to create a new column within the pivot.
