Panel Bar Chart Gap's Width

Hi, i am doing a comparsion of our Bank facility over 3 month.

I am doing something like a Panel Bar Chart, but problem is, i have set the Bar width to maximum, and yet, the gap is way too big. And also, the axis label is not in line with the bar. How?
