Question Want to have the average of requests per customers for a give period versus another period

    Hi,

I'm working currently on a project to decrease reccuring requests from customers with a VIP program and i want to be able to measure the decrease of requests.

I built a small excel file in order to fill in the average of requests before the beginning of the VIP follow-up (last month) and the number of requests by week 6 weeks after the beginning of the follow-up so i can see how much it decreased.

I entered false numbers in my file to see if i'm able to built a stacked bar chart where i can see week after week the overall or per customer difference between the number of average requests before and after the follow-up but for now i'm not getting anywhere.

Thank you for you help and advices

How to attach an Excel file to your post,
    • click Go Advanced,
    • scroll down until you see Manage Attachments,
    • click that and select Browse,
    • select your file and click Open,
    • click Upload and you will see your attachment below Upload Files from a website
    • click Close this window,
    • click Submit reply

After that you should see attachment in your post

To start, try to download and install Power Query from the official Microsoft Office website.

Start the Power Query tab and go to edit. Take a look at the next steps and try to understand them (there are few, all from the user interface)
