You can add calculated values to the source or simpler add calculated fields directly to PivotTable. Effect is the same. Then format all suitably to your needs.
You can easily do this using Power Pivot - add your source data to the data model, then add the following measures:

You can then add these to your chart, and format to suit. See attachment for worked example.
