Need to convert Pivot Table linked to external data into a tabular format

Hi,

Scenario: Pivot table linking to external data source (sage). I want to build reports off the data within the pivot table but want to avoid having to put all formulas such as if this is blank give the cell above when always linking to a pivot table. Ideally I will be able to convert the pivot table into a normal data table linking to the source. I realise I could just click on the data to expand but want to find a more automated way. Apologies I can not attach the file as is sensitive data but hoping there is a quick way of converting a pivot table into a data table. Thanks in advance

Thanks Olly- Office 365 does not appear to have power query / pivots available. Tried to link to the ODBC link from sage but its not liking it. Will try and have a play but thanks for the feedback
