Hi,
I have two customers.
I am doing multiple jobs for each customer.
Each job has a different value.
I would like to create a single pie chart in which the colored slices show the relative total income from each customer.
Within each slice I would like subdivisions (just lines, no need to confuse with different colors) showing the contribution of each job to the total for each customer. This will also show the number of jobs for each customer as a consequence.
As a simple example;
Total income (whole pie chart) - $100,000
of which
Customer A (red slice) - $75,000
Customer B - (blue slice) - $25,000
of which
Customer A's orders are composed of 3 jobs at $10,000, 1 job at $40,000 and 2 jobs at $2,500.
Customer B's orders are 2 jobs at $12,500
It is the last part of this that I can't work out how to do. Its driving me crazy, it feels like it should be simple to put dividing lines onto each slice.
I do not really want to use a pie of pie chart, I have tried playing around with Pivot Charts and sunburst charts (I'm using Excel 2016) to no avail.
Any help HUGELY appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
