Hello Experts,
I have a table of data that I am using to generate a line chart and a pivot table. To keep it simple, let's just focus on 1 column of data in this table. In this column, there is a combination of blank cells and cells with numeric values. When I plot this, cells that are blank get plotted as 0, but I don't want that behavior. I've changed the blank cells to #N/A and this fixes the chart problem. #N/A does not get plotted in the chart. But then comes the problem with the pivot table. When the field is displayed in the pivot table, if any value in the column is #N/A, then #N/A is displayed in the pivot table.
How can I "correct" my data such that only non-blank cells are plotted and #N/A does not show in the pivot table? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
