Need help creating pivot - grand total and grand total as % of column value

Hello helpers

I am creating a pivot of the total usage for an order
The idea is that I take weight (kg or lb) out of inventory and after a process a certain weight comes back in inventory
Since I have loss of material in the process the weight OUT should be bigger than the weight IN

I would like to make a pivot which shows per order the OUT and IN and the difference and the difference as % of the OUT weight

See below example

Order	OUT	IN	Difference	% Difference of OUT
123	-500	480	-20	4%

I currently have a pivot which gives me the OUT and I and Difference but I don't know how to add a column which shows the difference as a percentage of the OUT weight.

Can anybody help me achieve this last bit of my pivot?

It would seem that you are asking about calculated fields.
In the attached file there are two calculated fields in the pivot table.
The first calculated field (Field1) yields the difference between Out and In using the formula: =In+Out
The second calculated field yields the percentage of difference using the formula: =Field1 /Out
