Reproduce chart

Hi,

Could you please tell me that how should I reproduce (100% same) a chart that you can see in the attached file? The format of chart cannot be changed.

Have a look at attached file.
I used XY (scatter) plot with just 6 series - gray for projects and colors for tasks. There are 7 columns with transformrd data to feed the 6 series (column with Y (project number) is shared by all series.
Formulas from rows 31:32 are copied to 34:35, 37:38, ...

cells where formulas returned errors errors were deleted.

I used a number of such constructions:
1/(1/cell_where_shall_be_date)
if in a cell is date - it returns this cell value. If cell is empty (or contains text - but it was not a case here) the formula returns DIV/0 error, which is easy to spot.

I also changed some of inpud data, because if you have several months process and want to show 1hr task on the same axis then end and start points for this tasks will be plotted almost the same place and insteda of elegant circle-line-arrowhead symbol you will have jist circle, may be with the top of arrowhead projected a bit at right side of circle.
