Find Closet date in Pivot Table

    Hi Everyone,

I have a dashboard measuring student enrollments, target and actual.

On the NEW Tab - I have some key information, for example the % towards target, which is Total New Students/Actual New Students on Tab NPiv, PivotTable1.

I also have a rolling total by date, PivotTable3 NPiv.

I would like to add information to show what the PCP was at a particular date and where we are in relation to that target. Reading a date from the dashboard, find the closest date PivotTable3, Tab NPiv. PCP/Actual at that date.

I am not sure if I have explained that very clearly, I have attached my Workbook.

any assistance you could give would be great as I am a bit of a newbie with formulas.

    Thanks you,
    Charlie
