Removing <01-01-2017 from Pivot Filter list and Customise print 1st row

Hi, i have 2 question. One is regarding the Date in Pivot Table. One is regarding the Row to Repeat when print.

    1) In my attachment. My pivot table is onli till Mar'17. But my filter in pivot is showing <01-01-2017, all the months in 2017, >01-04-2017. How do i remove the <01-01-2017 and >01-04-2017 and Apr'17 till Dec'17? I wan to show only what is in my datasource which is Jan'17 till Mar'17.

    2) I'm not sure if this can be done, but i will like to know if its possible to customise the "Row to repeat at top" depending on which table i am printing. In my attachment, i have a pivot table and a 2 more table below. However, i wan Row 14 to be repeated when i print Details_Sales and Row 109 to be repeated when i print Details_Exp. Is this possible? I mean can it be done if i choose Print All.

hi jp16, your existing pivot table seems to be obsolete as the data source (details) no longer exist (I only see details_exp and details_sales in the existing sheet)

try remove the existing pivot table and create a new one based on details_sales and you shall see the valid dates thereafter

for repeating headers you might want to have a look at link below see if helpful

    Hi

You could simply filter those out.

hi jp16, I tried rebuild a similar pivot table beside yours and no issue on my end...

I'm suspecting two things, you might want try further:
#1 use newer Excel version to build the pivot table
#2 reset your date format to system format (currently you're using custom format dd\/mm\/yyyy)
