hi there. i suggest you not use the whole column to reference for your PivotTable. go to your RAWDATA worksheet, and click on cell A1. press CTRL + T to convert that into a Table. press OK.

you can now create a PivotTable and your range is now dynamic. when you add data there, you can simply refresh your PivotTable and it will capture the latest data.

Thanks, if you have clicked on the * and added our rep.

When using Pivot Table, you should use Table data or Dynamic Range for Source Data in Pivot Table.
Example: I used function =OFFSET(RAWDATA!$A$1,,,COUNTA(RAWDATA!$A:$A),COUNTA(RAWDATA!$1:$1))) to create a Name range "Source_Data".
After that, I changed Source Data in Pivot Table from current to Source_Data

    Re: Remove (blank)

ok i tried out the solution and fiddled around it and I got it to disappear

Though I'm not 100% comfortable with using tables (don't really understand how they work) so I'll just leave it as is, its just aesthetic after all
