I am preparing chart to make stack column chart
attached the graph excel sheet
One table is for Total observation for each month for each description.
The second table is critical observation for each month for each description.
For " total observation " chart created in Colum chart .
I need " Critical observation " to be top of total observation chart ( Column chart ) to show how much critical observations in this total observation.

My first thought was the same as sandy's, so I think there is much uncertainty from this side of the internet what you want. Perhaps you can explain again?
My second thought, based on the two graphs in your sample file where one chart is superimposed over the other, is to move the "critical" data series to the secondary axis. This will place the critical columns in front of the total columns. However, this will cause the larger critical columns to completely cover the smaller total columns, rendering some of the total columns unreadable. This doesn't seem like it would make for a good chart.
My final guess is that you want a clustered and stacked column chart, where the critical column for a given month and category is stacked with the total column for a given month category. Here's a tutorial for creating clustered and stacked column/bar charts. Note that most of the work is arranging the data in the spreadsheet. Your latest description seems more like a clustered and stacked column chart. Did you review Jon Peltier's tutorial for creating clustered and stacked column/bar charts (linked above as well as here: https://peltiertech.com/clustered-st...mn-bar-charts/ )? Does that give the appearance that you want? Do you have any trouble with the tutorial? Or am I misunderstanding still?
