Hi everyone,
I have a table of data that I can filter with a splicer.
I have a pivot chart that also updates with a splicer.
I would like both to update with the same splicer, is this possible?
Thanks,
Charlie

Right-click on the slicer, then select PivotTable Connection.
I don't have that option, I have "report connections" which allows me to connect the splicer to different pivot tables but does not allow me to splice the original data table.
I can create a splicer from the original data table but this splicer doesn't have the "report connections" so I am unable to connect it to the pivot tables. Meaning I have to use two sets for exactly the same filters, one for the table and another for the pivot.
PivotTable Connection is for older version of Excel, Report Connections is for newer Excel version.
Yes I had an idea it was due to a version difference.
Do you happen to happen to know a work around that would use one set of splicers to filter a table and also a pivot chart?
Thanks,
Charlie
