    Converting Pivot to simple spreadsheet?

    Hi Guys,

each week I have to create a report of the number of products sold to the retailers - our distributor sends a pivot which seems to be extracted from a server as there is no raw data in it. I cannot change the layout of the pivot as it wants to connect to SQL and then gives me en error. The problem is that is a pain in the butt to convert it back to a spreadsheet , the time needed and the possibility of making a mistake is too high in my opinion. Is there any way to get this done easier? I attached an example. Thanks a mill in advance!

maybe Data - Connections - Break connection (Deactivate)
then select layout as you need
(hard to say more from the picture )

A logical description of the problem is the basis of dialogue and a rapid solution. Nobody sits in your head to understand your way of thinking
