I have some assessment ratings that I need pivot table to calculate an average of selective competency selection. I can simply add an average formula but that will give me an average of all competencies but how do I set up this pivot table up so I am able to see the average of only selected/multiple competencies.
Will Field, Items & Sets option in Pivot table will hep through Insert Calculated Field window?
The file is attached. Any help would be highly appreciated.
