How to create monthly data report from pivot table using dynamically linked data

Thank you for adding me to the forum. I have searched extensively for this answer but cant find an exact match.

I have an excel file which receives a data dump from sharepoint database.

I have created a pivot table and charts which show up-to-date data. I can slice and dice this data in so many ways but I havent been able to create or maintain historic data from this.

I have attached a dummy file showing an example of a pivot table i created. I would like to be able to export or copy/paste this data at the end of each month so i can track changes over time. The exported data would remain static. So, the Leased Area Status' 1-8 will change on any given day and I would like to capture that data for historical reference. Our database does not provide for the historic snapshot.

Your assistance is most appreciated.

I can't see the pivot table or slicers in your example, can you post more sample data please.

I have added a tab in the original document showing the format of the data dump but have not recreated the areas data as this would be too onerous (and due to confidentiality I cant offer any original data). Let me know if this helps or if you need anything further.
