    Re: Chart help

I expect that we can help with this. First, this forum can be strict about rules (like accurate post titles). Almost every topic in this subforum could be titled "chart help". I suggest that you differentiate your topic with a more descriptive title.

I can't tell if you intend to use an Excel chart or use in cell charting for this. The gridlines in your picture suggest an in-cell charting technique, which is usually about conditional formatting. Are you familiar with conditional formatting in Excel?

If you want to use regular charts, your picture looks like a stacked bar chart. Are you familiar with the basics of creating stacked bar charts?

If possible, it will likely help us help you if you can upload a sample file with sample data and any of your attempts to create this chart. (Clock "go advanced", then "manage attachments" to upload files).

    Thanks MrShorty

How do i change the Title?

I would like to use an excel chart. the image was just for getting the idea across.

I am familiar with Stacked bar charts. they were closest i could get, but i could not get the goal to do what i wanted it to.

To change the title, click on "Edit post" in the lower right of the first post, edit the title, and click save changes. I believe that, after a certain time, you are blocked from making this change and you will need to request a moderator make the change for you.

I am not clear on what you want the goal to do. After changing your title, clarify, and we'll see if we can figure out how to cobble this together.
