Displaying a non-responded category on a bar chart for pivot tables

Hi I'm working on a project which involves creating multiple pivot tables that are connected to a slicer and displaying them as bar graphs. We are looking at a survey that uses a 5 point likert scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree. In some instances, there were questions where individuals did not choose a specific category (i.e. there was no one that chose strongly disagree). For the purposes of standardizing the bar graphs, I would like to display all categories regardless of whether or not there is any data in each category (displaying strongly disagree even if no one chose that as a response). Is there any way I could display the category that no one responded to?

Whenever you are talking about pivot tables, you almost always have to address the source data as well. Solutions are sometimes implemented by playing with the source data. Such may be the case here.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
