Suppose I have a data set in column A and B till 600 rows.
is there a way that once I can choose to display 400 to 600 rows(say if C1=1), next 200 to 600 (say if C1=2)and finally 1 to 600 (say if C1=3)rows ?
It will be kind of you, if you can spare some time to help me out and upload an example.I am too tired and exhausted looking for an example

You could do it by using dynamic named ranges to drive the chart.
Something like this for example:
