How to sort a graph where data is from multiple columns

    Hi all,

I have a graph, which contains stacked columns.

I need to show this graph from highest to lowest, where the values contain the data from all stacks combined.

    Eg.
    Stack One - 10 - 15
    Stack Two - 8 - 20
    Stack Three 4 - 10

So the order above would be stack 2, stack 1, stack 3.

How do I do this? Sorry it's not possible for me to upload a demo sheet.

    Cheers

    Thanks Jeff,

    I see what you did.

So I took this idea and modified my origin table to include a totals column. Then incorporated that column into the charter data, and a bit of formating and viola.

So that for that. take a rep for the reply.

    Cheers
