Pivot Table

Dear Excel Fans,

I would really need some advice on how to create a Pivot Table to help me capture how many announcements we have open and closed. I need to capture by category, type then by code and a formula that if there is a date in column S in Raw data then it will input closed on closed in the counts by month.

There are two sheet in the attached book (one is raw data and the other is count by month)

You should show in your attachment what you expect as an outcome based on the raw data you provided.
