I finally learned (I think) how to link sheets with eachother, via relationships. But something doesn’t add-up.
The results in the pivottable do not match the monthly results. Please tell me how to show in (PT) the results for every month.

Your months in Sheet3 should be in the table in Sheet2. Otherwise there is no link besides the name and you will just get the same grand total for every name for every month.

great and thank you very much, so may I ask how can one link multi sheets into 1 sheet. Like one big database. and in the sheets I have 1 common column but the data is repeated. Can that somehow be done?
It can be done but you'll get the results you have now. How would the pivot know what else to do with the repeating data if there's nothing to distinguish it from any other row?
