Combination Graph - Line (pie graph) swapping positions with doughnut after reopening file

I currently have a combination graph that is driving me a little batty. Each time I open it will consistently swap the position of the black line.

1. Set-up, black line (pie graph) appears infront of the green doughnut
2. Save and close document
3. Re-open document, line appears behind the green doughnut
4. Close and re-open document, line appears infront of the green doughnut!

This wouldn't be an issue if the document was just for me but this will be used for reporting across the team. I also have a few other dials and they're currently not all synced (some are infront, some behind, then reopen they switch).

Any tips?

You'll need to upload the workbook so that we can observe the behaviour in context.

I am unable to upload the worksheet as it has confidential information but I was able to recreate the problem in a sample workbook.

The line will only change once you save and close the document (works both ways, as in saving breaks it, save again to fix it).

Mmm,

I don't see that behaviour. i.e. saving closing and re-opening doesn't change anything.
Which make me wonder if it's somehow related to the linked file which is the souurce for the chart data, and which of coure I don't have.
Are you able to send me the source file, anonymised if necessary?

I had to cull a few tabs but they aren't connected to the graph. I also recorded a screen capture at giphy (dot) com/gifs/1lznw4AWzht3Kklgwj/fullscreen - though it is blurry because of filesize capacity.
In the gif, I enter "A" into a cell, save, close, reopen, pie line changes, starts loop again just for clarification.

I think it may just be a question of changing the chart type from a Pie chart to a Doughnut chart.
