How to show a count of same words across multiple rows/columns

Hi all,

I have the attached table which shows the name of the vendor against each category/project. The output of this should be a table which shows a list of all categories where multiple vendors are present. This is so that I can identify a supplier who is working in more than one category.

Any ideas on how to present this?
