Question Graphing vs a range of numbers to optimize energy consumption

Hey guys! I am working on a way to minimize energy consumption based on outside air. What I have is an excel that takes in a .csv and reports out the total airflow to an area based on what type of designation you select in a drop down. One of the drivers for the output number is outside air changes. We have a field where we can input the % of OA and it recalculates the new requirements if OA was the driving factor and it looks to see if it is the new driving factor. What I would like is a way to plot the new total number vs the respected OA number. I can do it manually but that seems like a lot to do repetitively so I have turned to greater minds. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Difficult to give a good answer based on the information given. My first guess is that this could be a case where data tables are useful: http://www.excel-easy.com/examples/data-tables.html
Set up a column with the appropriate OA numbers, then have the data table compute the total number for each OA number input.

I think that the cells are referencing the primary % in too many locations and thus not calculating it fully. Would it be beneficial to post the file here?

It would probably help. Remember that our paper clip icon does not work, so click on go advanced, then find the "manage attachments" link to bring up the main file upload utility.
