I need a stacked 100% graph with three series

Hi there,

I've got five ratios across 12 months, and I have these ratios for 2016, 2017 and 2018.
I want to show them in a 100% stacked column graph, with Jan - Dec across the Horizonal Axis, and the three years in columns next to each other so three for Jan, three for Feb etc.
I know there is some way of doing this by affecting the rows of the raw data but I have no idea how.

Attached is my data, and the stacked graph with all three years in the one month so as you can see it doesn't show anything.

Any help would be great :-)
