Question How to do it by Pivot table?

    Hello Experts,

I have the following fields in big table mem_pcp_dis6_2016 in excel format :

-Engaged ("1-30 days", "2-5 months", "6-12 months" , "over the year")
    -C_rating (RCI, RCII and etc)
    -PCP (id1, id2……id_n),
-county , (Norfolk, Suffolk and etc),

    -mem_ID

The intent is to create report in Excel format in order to calculate member count grouping by the above 4 fields

I assume it could be possible to do through Pivot table which I cannot handle with ...while I have to meet a deadline and I am actually overdue.

Could you please kindly give me a hand?

    Thank you in advance

    Rina

Here's a brief Pivot Table walk-through for this data. Don't be scared of just creating a Pivot Table and playing with the controls a few at a time to force some familiarity into your hands on it.

    Jerry,

Thank you very much, it works. I am just wondering how it would be possible to eliminate totals in order to leave just a Grand Total at the very bottom
    the very bottom?

    Thank you!

Remember what I said about getting in there and just playing, the answer to that can be found right in the visible options on the DESIGN button, upper left. Can you spot them?

    Jerry,

I was unable to open this old link. Would it be possible to see it again as I desperately need it....

    Thank you in advance,
