Possible pivot table formula required

Hi All

Not sure if its a pivot table im after or a macro so thought id start here.

I have an excel sheet that has a column required to be autofilled from data from another sheet. The formula needs to lookup a description from sheet B,
grab data from a cell in line with the description in sheet B and then place the data in a specific cell in line with the matching description it relates to in sheet A then fill relevant data in the correct cell in the required column.

I am unable to upload the sheets in question due to some sensitive data, but should be able to do screen shots of sections that may explain it better than I did in text
