    pivot table without blanks.

    Hello friends, hope all is well!

    please help, the attachment here has a sample /pivottable.

    I need the pivottable to Not show the blanks in Nationality and Relation. Doing it manually on the pivottable is no good since it will remove the \
    values of: Sum of Consultation Count AND Sum of Companyshare.

    Is there a way to do it in a smoother way? thanks a lot in advance!

    Hi,

    I believe the only way is to have a space character in the 'empty' fields.

    If you want overall Consultation and Company share stats. then it's obviously necessary to include all data however they are described.

    Neat!
    I'd never have thought of a CF within a PT.

    @Richard Buttrey
    Why not? The same table as each other only that contains the grouping. There are a few limitations but I do not see them in 1 post
