Hello, I have a pivot table of 60 days or so, and I want the table only to show the last 20 days. Is this possible to do in pivot table?

Well, it did work, but then when I tried to use it with power pivot it gave me an error saying something like we can't sum the date.Originally Posted by sandy666

or you create a filed in the data table a2>large(a:A,21) and filter for true

You didn't say PowerPivot
in Data Model duplicate Date column then change to number and use it in your Pivot as field in Value Area
if you want to no see this column use CF with ;;;
